THE STUMP CLOSED!

With great disappointment we must inform you that effective March 1, 2023, the Canadian Italian Restaurant Group (CIRG) will be closing The Stump Tavern, PZA Parlour Cochrane and Blacksmith Pub. While not all our entities in Cochrane were underperforming, the economics no longer work to sustain these businesses in your beloved town.

We appreciate all the support we have received from our regular customers over the years. We regret that we must close our doors and say goodbye to our loyal patrons.

Please note that CIRG will continue to operate COCHRANE BAKING COMPANY along with its restaurants in Calgary (PZA PARLOUR, TOTO PIZZA, VILLA FIRENZE, and NEW CAMP).
